Jo Choat Mortgages limited was established back in 1999. Jo is the director.

Jo Choat Mortgages Limited is dedicated to providing a range of mortgage and risk products and a professional service to residential and commercial client’s, ultimately saving them time, money and stress.

At Jo Choat Mortgages Ltd our aim is to establish a successful on-going relationship with clients, resulting in those clients thinking of Jo Choat Mortgages as their first contact for any of their borrowing and insurance requirements. We provide useful insights on money lending, borrowing rates and a range of different products that suits everybody’s pockets.  

Our clients find  that the rapport that we have built over the years with legal advisors, real estate agents, financial advisors  is often of great value as if they need help we can recommend professionals who can help guide them through the process irrespective of whether they are a first home buyer or a property investor.

We take pride in our clients and their needs and have successfully placed them in great locations across the country. As we are based on the North Shore many of our clients come from Milford, East coast Bays, Mairangi bay, Glenfield, Browns bay, Devonport, Takapuna, Birkenhead, Birkadale, Greenhithe and further afield.

During the time that Jo has worked in this industry she has built strong relationships with the lenders. We work with a variety of banks and non bank lenders such as but not limited to ANZ, National Bank, ASB Sovereign, NZF and Westpac these lenders provide a variety of different options and solutions for our valued clients.

Jo also has relationships with lenders who do not always use mortgage providers - this just ensures that you the client are always looked after.
